Set in an alternate present-day dystopia — or at least it was originally an alternate vision — A Shadow Called Danger posits a world where the violence of January 6 worked and DJT never left office. Two years afterward, a vigilante does what he can to set things right.
Co-creators Mike Wellman and Bradley Rader have given Fanboy Planet permission to run their strip on a weekly basis. Though currently online only, they do intend to publish a collection this summer. (Yes, the headline numbering is different than the actual strip numbering, because at Mike’s suggestion, I ran an introductory clump in Week 1.)
I’ll be honest… each week in the real world makes this strip get more and more frightening…
