When you think of the Frankenstein Monster, one face comes to mind. Though many actors played the character, it’s Boris Karloff that looms over them all. Now, Legendary Comics brings Karloff back to the character with Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein Starring Boris Karloff. The graphic novel hits comic shops November 12, 2024 — brought to life by Kerry Gammill, El Garing, Robert Napton, and Richard Starkings.
Karloff’s daughter Sara Karloff joined Legendary Comics’ writer/editor Napton to talk with me about the graphic novel that writer/artist Gammill has waited his whole life to create. Sara also opens up about being the keeper of her father’s legacy.
