The Happy Ride with Baymax

The Happy Ride with Baymax

Last week I offered an overview of my trip to Tokyo Disneyland. Now I’m back and have been able to sort through more video and thought Planeteers needed a ride through “The Happy Ride with Baymax,” which you’ll note does turn into a dance party almost every evening in the park. How could it not with this catchy tune? Which is actually one of 14 or so catchy tunes that play?

The Happy Ride with Baymax

Baymax, of course, is a breakout star from Disney’s Big Hero 6, an adaptation of the Marvel comic of the same name but not the same tone at all. Except for heroism being important. Recently, Disney California Adventure turned their Pacific Wharf into San Fransokyo, the setting of the movie Big Hero 6 (and all comics afterward).Baymax himself makes appearances there, but as Cars Land already has Mater’s Jamboree which functions in a similar vein, I don’t think we’re going to get our own Happy Ride here. Which is a shame because I’ve given over to dancing with Baymax. At its heart, the premise of the ride is that happiness is good for your health, and I can’t disagree with that.
