Here it is, fresh from Star Wars Celebration. While Drew Campbell reports that he saw a commenter say “this looks like The Empire Strikes Back of Star Wars movies,” there is one crucial difference: this also looks like it takes place fairly soon after the events of The Force Awakens. It could be a different injury, but it looks like Finn is still under medical care after his failed fight with Kylo Ren.
