SDCC 2024: IPI Comics and Fanboy Planet

IPI Comics and Fanboy Planet

Comic-Con International has released its schedule for Wednesday and Thursday, so at last I can announce this panel. IPI Comics, the publisher bringing back The Human Fly, has a panel Thursday July 25 at 6:30 pm in Room 10 in the Convention Center. I’ll be playing host to Eisner Award-winning writer Jim Krueger, writer/producer Dana Brawer, and the co-owners of Human Fly International, writers Tony Babinski and Alan Brewer. Together we’re representing IPI Comics: Heroes, Horror, and Holmes.

We won’t just be talking about The Human Fly, though comics shops are about to get the zero issue on their shelves. There’s plenty more in their upcoming slate going through Diamond. Some of it we talked about last year, but some new titles are imminent. The one thing to call their line-up is diverse.

We’ll be announcing some of those new titles, and revealing some stunning artwork. I may not even know all the surprises we have in store at this panel, but hopefully IPI Comics’ Editor (and writer) Christopher Sequeira will let me know before I have to introduce it. Chris can’t make it to Comic-Con this year, but he’ll still be well represented.

Come meet the team on Thursday in San Diego!
