Matinee Heroes races chariots

If you know one thing about Ben-Hur, you know it features an exciting chariot race. But there’s like, 2 and a half hours more movie around that! Which means Matinee Heroes host Craig Price gets a little grumpy, Elisabeth Rappe laughs at the endless macho preening, and I just struggle to remember how many times I’ve watched it.

Granted, now it’s December, but I guested on the podcast to talk about Ben-Hur for “No-ender” in mid-November. I still haven’t successfully found a complete version of the SCTV parody, which influenced my memories of Charlton Heston more than I care to admit.
