Complete Team Venture!

Make that sign of the V and shout for the complete Team Venture! The adventures of Hank and Dean (and other Venture Brothers) have almost come to a close. To honor that, Warner Bros. Discovery will release the complete series on DVD and digital in June. Last we heard, we’d get one final movie to wrap up their story on HBO Max, and it’s unclear if that will be included in this set.

What will be included is everything else. Every extra, every special — one assumes including the Shallow Gravy documentary — that has been released previously will be scooped up into this set. Do I need it on blu-ray? Honestly, no. High definition doesn’t do much to improve the visuals of this hilarious series. (I’ve compared seasons in both formats.) What I do need when revisiting this series is all of it. Putting it in one box of physical media ensures that Venture fans can ensnare unsuspecting newbies whenever.

Chris McCulloch and Doc Hammer’s wild creation will live on in the hearts and minds of those of us who love adventure. And obscure pop culture references.

From Warner Bros. Discovery:

The Venture Bros.: The Complete Series will be available to purchase Digitally and on DVD from Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment on June 20, 2023.
