Marvel Unveils T-Shirt Variant Covers

Marvel promised they were changing the way you read comics. Maybe they meant you could change shirts. Bringing out old-school licensed images from t-shirts using art from the 1960s, these variant covers… no, I can’t. I’d much rather Marvel try selling these as t-shirts again. There’s Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko art — that Doctor Strange is sweet. But as for the comics, just make them good. That’s all I want.

The titles with “t-shirt variant covers” are:

  1. AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #789
  2. AVENGERS #672
  3. INCREDIBLE HULK #709
  4. INVINCIBLE IRON MAN #593
  5. MIGHTY THOR #700
  6. X-MEN: BLUE #13
  7. DAREDEVIL #595
  8. MARVEL TWO-IN-ONE #1
  9. DOCTOR STRANGE #381
