Introducing Blindspot in ‘Daredevil’ #1!

Back in black. That part disappoints me a bit for Daredevil, just because I so want to see him in the red suit on Netflix. But I do like the idea of him taking on an apprentice — Marvel needs to seriously develop the next generation. Marketing aside, the storytelling has changed, and maybe, just maybe, readers want the stories — the lives — to move forward. It’s worked for characters at Image Comics, and the reality for the Marvel Cinematic Universe is that actors age. We age with them – and a whole audience has gotten invested in specific people as specific characters. Lay the groundwork for them to age out of being superheroes, and letting a new generation come in. Let our legends be legends.
