Fast Food And Killer Kults

fast food and killer kvlts

Marty may love working at the Burger Lord, but after 15 years, it’s time to shake things up. But it’s out of the frying pan and into the (deep) fryer when Marty’s heist plans run afoul of a satanic cult. But then, he should have known that at least one fast food chain was in service to the dark lord. It’s all in TRVE KVLT, a new book from IDW hitting local comics shops this week.

The co-creators of TRVE KVLT joined me for a video chat. You may know Scott Bryan Wilson for his work on DC’s Pennyworth comic, but TRVE KVLT is a true passion project. His partner-in-crime on this is Liana Kangas, artist extraordinaire known for her work on She Said Destroy, multiple Z2 Comics’ anthologies, and more. Let’s get to it…

Also enjoy a preview of the book below. If this doesn’t whet your appetite for fast food and killer kults, I don’t know what will. (I don’t know if I should spell “cult” with a “K” or a “V”, so I split the difference. Don’t tell the Killer Klowns.)
