M.A.S.K.S OFF for the Weekly Stack!

M.A.S.K.S OFF for the Weekly Stack

It’s a pretty good week when Kevin Smith returns to the Marvel Universe. This time he brought Jason Mewes with him, or at least his alter ego Jay. Now they’re part of Earth-616 and any future cameos will be in canon. This week also sees alternate takes on Edgar Rice Burroughs creations, with a dash of Robert E. Howard. Selina Kyle gets an Absolute solo book, and The Muppets continue exploring a noir world. Don’t worry, Roger Langridge would not make them grim and gritty.

The book that sold out within an hour of House of Secrets opening Wednesday was M.A.S.K. #1. As spelled out earlier this week, the reason that disappoints me is because Robert Kirkman slipped in the first issue of ROM. So if you got your hands on it and have an opinion, please let me know!
