Not only have I made headway in the runs of comics I want to read, I got the weekly stack recorded and uploaded early! At least, earlier than I usually do. Please excuse that I haven’t swept up after a little name dropping.
This week features a variety of books from the mid-majors before getting into Marvel and DC. Death to Pachuco wraps up, giving me time to breathe and read more on the history of the Zoot Suit riots. In a weird way, we’re seeing the build up repeat itself, and I somehow read a lot of comics tackling this moment we’re living through.
If seeing a soft launch of The Muppet Show on Disney+ wasn’t enough, Dynamite reunites cartoonist Roger Langridge and The Muppets for The Muppets Noir.
